Cielo Acosta is an extraordinary young woman. At 15, she took a leap of faith and enrolled in SLAM! Miami, a brand new charter school in her neighborhood. She is now a teacher there — working with students that are growing up in her neighborhood and who face the challenges she did not so long ago.
