Hillsborough County, FL — The Bell Creek Moot Court Team — 11th grader Adit Prabhu and 10th grader Colin Doyle — competed on April 15,
Doyle and Prabhu prepared written legal briefs that set forth their arguments as to why the lower court’s decision should be upheld or overturned. From all of the briefs that are chosen the judges choose the best
The students rose to the challenge and argued one side of the case in the morning, and then the other side in the afternoon the day of the competition. The results of the competition will be released soon announcing whether the Bell Creek team advances to argue their case before the Florida Supreme Court.
