The Charter Facility Team provides start to finish support for new, replicating or expanding schools. We provide trainings, assist schools in developing and identifying their teams, building timelines, working with schools on their budgets and what capital may be available to them, site selection, weekly project management support and much more. We also work with vendors as the “middle man” to provide robust support to school leaders and ensure that the school’s needs are met, the project stays on track, delivered on time and on budget.
