Miami Arts Charter School student Nerea Francis recently made the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. Miami Arts Charter School is a tuition-free public charter school offering a rigorous college-preparatory academic curriculum and conservatory-style training in the visual and performing arts. The Miami Campus is located in Miami’s Design District minutes away from the Wynwood Arts District, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS/CASI), the school was founded by veteran public school music teachers Alfredo and Christine de la Rosa. We serve 1,550 culturally and socioeconomically diverse students from communities across Miami-Dade County spanning from grades 6 through 12.
